The software

ActivityPulse is self-hosted software that you download, install, and operate on your own infrastructure. Your use of the software is governed by the license included with the release you install. Please review that license for the definitive terms covering use, distribution, and modification.

Your responsibilities

Because you host and operate your own instance, you are responsible for:

• Securing your deployment, servers, databases, and credentials.
• Configuring data sources and complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Salesforce) and your chosen LLM provider.
• Meeting the legal, privacy, and employment obligations that apply to monitoring and summarizing activity data in your organization and jurisdiction.

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any damages arising from its use. See the release license for the full disclaimer.
