Self-hosted by design

ActivityPulse is self-hosted software. You deploy and run it entirely on your own infrastructure. All data it processes — activity records, teammate profiles, AI-generated summaries, and configuration — is stored in databases you control and never leaves your network, except for the authenticated API calls your deployment makes to the data sources and LLM provider you configure. We do not receive, store, or have access to any of the data your ActivityPulse instance collects about your organization or its members.

Data your deployment sends to third parties

Because you control the configuration, you also control every external call your instance makes:

  • Data sources (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Salesforce) — read-only API calls using the credentials you provide. ActivityPulse never writes to these systems.
  • LLM provider (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) — activity data is sent only when a summary or analysis is requested, and only to the provider you configure. Review that provider's data-handling terms to understand how they process it.

You decide what data is collected, how long it is retained, and which external services it is shared with.
